how to upgrade openssh-server p1 to p2 ??

Your server should support both protocol 1 and 2.

Please test this before going any further. You can try
to connect with a specific protocol with:

ssh -1 your.server.name

or

ssh -2 your.server.name

To disable protocol 1, edit the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config:

Remove the hash mark in front of the line containing Protocol,
and remove the ",1", so the line reads:

Protocol 2

Restart the sshd daemon

/etc/init.d/sshd restart

This didn't happen to me when I did the steps above.
