Just create the file and the desired settings. The values / variables
are read in by /etc/rc.sysinit. You may check it's logic.
$ grep -n "/etc/sysconfig/autofsck" /etc/rc.sysinit
328: [ -f /etc/sysconfig/autofsck ] && . /etc/sysconfig/autofsck
