Y'know, I was going say the same thing about Sams, but then it turns out the
book I recommended is now published by them (it wasn't originally). It's
basically just a label -- Addison-Wesley, Prentice Hall, New Riders, Que,
and Sams are all the same company. (Probably others too.)
