Upgrading to FC 4

There is no such thing as FC4 yet... 

FC4 Test2 was released a few weeks ago, and Test3 should be released
in about another week or so, but FC4 itself has not been released. So
I suppose the short answer to your question is that it is still beta
and not stable enough to rely on for production.
