It looks like you have some directory path changes:

You'll have to investigate what this refers to by locating them in 
the configuration files:

> > # Default is false
 

Other than that, it seems to be theme and font changes. I'd use the 
new configuration file and re-configure your desktop for the 
changes you desire, i.e. 

copy old configuration file -> cp filename filename.old
copy new configuration file -> cp filename.new filename
