Install grub to CD, but use HD grub.conf?

   I may try that, thanks, but I suspect it'll fall over, as the Windows 
partition will have been heavily encrypted, and I think the encryption 
stuff will sit itself under the bootloader.

   But maybe I'll get lucky :)
