Where are the man pages!! Package maintainers!

If this is specific about Fedora extras, it has a seperate mailing list 
where you can initiate discussions that affect a large number of 
packages or which require changes in packaging policies. If they are 
packaging problems with just some of the packages, Please file bug 
reports against them in bugzilla.redhat.com.
