It depends on your partition layout.
Consider simply not using the 200 Mb partition. If there's anything
valuable there, copy it to a new directory beside the mount-point,
unmount the partition (and fix fstab) and rename.
Or use a symlink to make the filesystem look right having copied stuff
to where you have space
It's hard to be clear with so little info.
