No FC2 updates anymore in all repo's?

yum upgrade:
Error: missing dep: libstdc++.so.6(GLIBCXX_3.4.4)
And a lot more libs

apt-get upgrade:
E: Fatal, conflicts violated glibc-common

Thats my story so far. Any help on this please. I think if this is solved
the upgrade will continue.... (i hope  :-) )
