Audio file formats conversion

Hi,

I have some audio files that must be recompressed in another format or 
in the same format, but with different bitrates.  Others just need to be 
decompressed. Some of the conversions I must do:
WMA -> MP3
MP3 -> MP3 (but with different bitrate)
MP3 -> WAV
WMA -> WAV
MP3 -> OGG

Is there any software in FC4 that can handle (with the extensions 
provided by livna) this task? If not, do you have any suggestions?
