Probably. "artsd" suggests it is a daemon for "arts", and locate shows an
arts RPM, and rpm -qi arts shows that it is an Analog Real Time
Synthesizer, so you might lose some sound. Rpm -ql arts doesn't show any
docs, but Google shows www.arts-project.org.
