I tried everything to get the virtual servers to work and it turns out 
it was SELinux not letting access to home directories.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
