Strange Kernel stuff started kicking out on FC4?

Not that I am aware of.  I did play around with the Webmin
and I came across the "Bandwaidth Monitor" and I think it was
there that it was monkeying around with the IpTables and prevented
my smb from working for a time.  So, this may have something to do
with it, but looking at the iptable changes told me nothing - so
I cannot not determine the change, if any (I am not an iptable expert).
My smb did return when I opened the firestarter program and checked
it out and it may have kicked back in the smb as it is now working.

Is there something I can look for in the iptabled to make sure
that the kernel no longer spews out kernel log info?
