cursed nvidia fedora my lack of knowledgeness

Hi there.
I really want to get Core 4 going on my laptop.
The 9300 with the Nvidia Go6800.
Everything is cool except the graphics.
I've tried various combo's with the FedoraFaq nvidia notes and it ain't
working.
What I need to do is to get the right glx kernel working with the right
nvidia kernel.
I think.
I have just tried this.

[root at localhost etc]# rpm --install

How do I get these to install?
