xinetd delays in in.rshd responses (cluster problem, long)

Working on getting time to tcpdump etc... IPv6 disabled in the 
/etc/sysconfig/network on all boxes. Also have:
alias net-pf-10 off
alias ipv6 off
at the end of /etc/modprobe.conf.
