The vlc package from Dries uses an older version of libdvbpsi as 
compared to that available from Livna. If you want to install vlc, do it 
like so:


sudo yum --disablerepo=livna install videolan-client


this means that everytime you run yum update, you have to do it like so:


sudo yum --exclude=libdvbpsi update
