$ cd to where sms_rapor.tar.gz resides
$ tar -zxvf sms_rapor.tar.gz
$ cd sms_rapor
$ ./configure
$ make
$ su
# make install

read the files README/INSTALL if present after
extracting the contents of sms_rapor.tar.gz
