Rami

I have been trying to install rami to manage my asterisk with no 
success using these instructions:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at rubyforge.org:/var/cvs/rami login
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at rubyforge.org:/var/cvs/rami checkout rami

Is there any other way to do it? I am new with linux and fedora (core 4).
