yum install madwifi problem

Subject: yum install madwifi problem

Hi folks.

Below is the output from the above command.  It's showing a problem, but
I don't know what to do to fix it.  I also got the same happen when I
tried

yum install kernel-module-ndiswrapper

What do I need to do to resolve the problem?

Prior to running the install do a yum -y update, if that doesn't work
try another mirror
