OT how to save a macromedia flash file to disk

If you use firefox, click on tools, page info, then select media. Scroll
down the list until you find the embedded flash file. Click save as... This
is a nice way of saving the interestng part of a web page, instead of saving
it's container, too.

I have played them by simply opening them in a browser. It doesn't always
work, though.
