openvpn.net has instructions and links to external information.  Sorry
but a vague question makes it difficult to give specific answers.

Oh yeah, Dag has the rpm http://dag.wieers.com/packages/openvpn/ and
Dag's site has details on how to use the repo fpor automatic updates,
etc.
