FC3 ERROR (heads>0)

Afternoon Fedoracore members

I went to load Fedora core 3 and gave me an error of
Assertion (heads>0) at dis_doc.c:485 in function probe_partition_for_geom0 failed...

could this be the problem to (Trojans) in XP Home ? I set the partition in partitionmagic 45 for one disc and xp 35. Fedora just wont load.
