Unofficial FC4.2 released

An HTTP install using the FC4.2 boot.iso fails due to a LookupError in idna.py
("unknown encoding: ascii").

Apparently /usr/lib/python2.4/encodings/ascii.py is missing from the stage2
image (netstg2.img), even though it is present in the stock FC4 version.
