HostAP not working after upgrade to FC4

I had a Dlink DWL-650 (prism) access point working with HostAP 0.3.9 under
FC3, now after upgrading to FC4 it does not work and I am getting this error
message 

ifup wlan0
Device wlan0 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.


Any ideas???
