installer claims /usr too large for larger partition

I'm attempting to install FC4.  It complains about /usr (as small as
94MB) will not fit into a 1GB+ partition.  I have the rest of the mount
points in a 2GB partition except swap which is in it's own partition.

I don't get it.  During the install the disk druid shows /, swap
and /usr in the appropriate partiitons.  Any suggestions?
