Touch Pad Sensitivity

[Lovell Mcilwain]

I tried adding that entry but it doesn't seem to have worked. Is it 
possible that I added the entry wrong?  Right now I have the entry 
specified as:

 option MinTapTime "@ ~.25"

Is there another way I should specify it?
