Sendmail 8.13.5 for FC4..and PHP update?

Given that sendmail 8.13.5 has been out for some time now and no update
has been pushed, I guess the answer is "no". If you want a Fedora
package (or indeed RHEL3/4 or RHL9 package) for it, I have some here:
