Opened folders at starting FC4 (Gnome)

Hi,
When I start FC4 (with Gnome) I got two opened folders from last session. Now it remained for next sessions. One of that folders has been deleted. Question: how can I fix it, so next session I don't get that open folders? I took a screenshot so you can analyze:
