Local mail server (fetchmail/postfix/cyrus ??)

Clients do not mail through the IMAP server Cyrus. They send by SMTP
through the MTA Postfix. Only in the incoming direction fetchmail should
hand over the mail to Postfix which hands it over to Cyrus-IMAPd then.

Look at that part of the documentation about keeping copies of sent
mails.
Attention: inform any mail user about these BCC mails. They have to know
and to agree that this happens. Else it silently violates their privacy.
