Current linux/dvb header files

I'm trying to bring up a pchdtv 3000 card with the DVB
kernel support (as opposed to the v4l support) and can't
find RPM's for /usr/include/linux/dvb/ (or build/include
in the kernel sources) that includes definitions for:

VIDEO_MODE_ATSC
VIDIOCGSIGNAL

Etc.

Anyone have an idea where these header files live (i.e.
where the authoritative origin of them is)?
