Sendmail,smtp connections and popusers on FC4

Hello All,

I am having a hard time making sendmail work on a PII FC4 machine.
All the sendmail configuration I've used successfully for FC1,FC2 and 
FC3 does not
seem to work on FC4.

In fact I have even problems on establishing SMTP connections to the box.

Is there any doc or how to for FC4 and email configuration?
