Mail Server Using ISPConfig

Is there a Howto to create a mail server using Fedora Core 4 and ISPConfig?

I've installed Fedora Core 4 using "The Perfect Setup - Fedora Core 4" and
also installed ISPConfig using it's respective Documentation.

I still don't know how to setup a simple mail server (doesn't need to be
webmail server). 

I'm having trouble specifically with sending mail out to the internet.

It looks like internal mail is not working, but when I try to send mail out,
it says that the relay settings are incorrect.

Please help!
