bouncing mail in evolution

And to comment on the second question of your OP, Thunderbird has an 
extension available that will RE-DIRECT mail instead of just forwarding 
it.  The difference is, when they get the mail it will look almost 
exactly as if it had been sent directly to them, instead of to you.  (Of 
course, you can tell the difference if you dig into the headers in the 
message source.)
