I'm guessing here, but this should work...
HOST_IP=<Remtoe network Internet IP>
SERVER_IP=<Remote server IP inside remote network>
ssh -L 137:$SERVER_IP:137 -L 138:$SERVER_IP:138 -L 139:$SERVER_IP:139 -L
451:$SERVER_IP:451 $HOST_IP sleep 10d
