panel reset problem

If you have the bottom panel but windows don't minimize to it, you need to
add Window List to it by right-clicking and choosing Add to Panel... and
choosing Window List.

Otherwise, if you have any panels left, right-click on one of them and
choose New Panel, and configure away.

Not sure how to start with no panels.
