Using the version available to FC4 at the moment, the title bar for the
processor just shows the filename and "OpenOffice.org Writer".

If you were hoping to see something like "Progress Report"
"pr.odt" (title followed by the filename), yes, I can see some use in
that.

I can imagine that there's a lot of documents produced by opening a
previously created one, wiping out the contents, then saving as a new
name.  And I'm sure a lot would forget to modify the document
properties.  It's an easy way to get consistent styling between a series
of documents when the defaults have to be set some other way.
