Do you get this error message if you run up2date?
Could not set exec context to root:sysadm_r:rpm_t.

If you do it was an error in the selinux-policy-targeted update. The
selinux-policy-targeted
has been fixed and you will have to run up2date as root at a command prompt
like it is listed below.

# /usr/sbin/up2date -u

Then you should be able to update the selinux-policy-targeted rpm with the
fix.
