Batch-convert .sxw files to OpenDocument format

Hello list,

I have a bunch of OpenOffice 1.x files (.sxw) that I'd like to convert
to OpenDocument format.

Does anybody here know of a utility that can make my life easier? I
don't want to open each file and then re-save it again in the new
format.
