Problem with kernel patch

Hi, on FC3 I have tried to install a nat-t patch for kernel 2.6.9-1 but I have an error, in particular:

have put the file 'openswan-2.4.0.kernel-2.6-natt.patch' in:

/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

..where are already other file .patch.
Then I have modified the '/usr/src/redhat/SPECS/kernel-2.6.spec' and I have inserted:

Patch2020: openswan-2.4.0.kernel-2.6-natt.patch
..
..
%patch2020 -p1

..then I execute:

#rpmbuild -bp --target=i686 kernel.spec

..but I have the following error:

CONFIG_IPSEC_NAT_TRAVERSAL

make: *** [nonint_oldconfig] Error 2

RPM build errors:

why ?? where is the my mistake ??
