nvidia GeForce 6600 driver and video problem

I am home now, the machine is at work place, I can get the xorg.conf  
tonight. But I checked it twice against the nvidia REAEME.TXT and the 
installation instruction and found no problem - everything is according 
to modification mentioned in it.
