Just downloaded and installed opera-8.50-20050916.6.i386.rpm, the
version recommended for FC4.
I guess you need at least qt-3.3.4-15.4.i386 installed, other than that
I could only advice if you post your error messages.

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.0.7/linux-i686/en-US/firefox-1.0.7.tar.gz
