kernel panic, kernel-2.6.13-1.1526_FC4

Dear kind folks,
   I have run into a little problem.  I just ask for
advice as I have never resolved one of these issues
before.  I get a kernel panic. 

Message:

 I removed the kernel and I reinstalled it and the
message is still there.

I tried pressing the I for interactive but it just
went through and I got the message again.
