HP Tape not detect after kernel update

I have reboot with old kernel (2.6.12-...) and the tape work property.

Then the tape not work with 2.6.13-1.1526_FC4smp kernel.

I must fill a bug report on bugzilla?

Please, someone can suggest what I must to do.
