Monitor pwrs off (after recent fc3 update?)

I have noticed that apparently after a recent yum update that my monitor 
is powering off after maybe 20 minutes of inactivity. I don't remember 
it doing this before. I have not made any recent bios changes. Just the 
usual yum updates to my fc4. I always run kde but see no setting in 
control center that affect monitor inactivity timeout. Anyone know where 
this is controlled?
