File permission in dual boot

Make sure the UID are the same on both file systems.  500.500 is usually
the UID.GID for the first user created.   If the user fajar.fajar exists
on both Suse and FC then edit the /etc/passwd and /etc/group so that the
UID and GID are the same for you and unique from others.
