Hi
I sometimes see this for random sites. You can try to lookup the ip yourself
and try to connect with that.
Do a dig yoursite.com @A-ROOT-SERVERS.NET
It will say to go look at some gtld server, repeat the command with one of the
gtld servers, and you will get a reply to go ask another server. Continue
until you get an ip then type http://theip in your browser to see if you can
connect.
