insert options to usb hotplug mount

I got 2 USB removable disks (4GB and 1.5GB). The hotplug mounts them
nicely at /media/USBG1 and /media/usbdisk. However, I want add options
into the mount process, such as shortname="mixed" for vfat file system.
I also want to change the mounted name/point from /media/USBG1
=> /mnt/USBG, /media/usbdisk -> /mnt/USBF.

How to do this? thanks
