Query about fc4 servers support for apt-get

Apt has no bi-arch support.
As x86-64 requires both 32bit and 64bit libraries to be installed (e.g.
to run 32bit OpenOffice), yum must be used for x86-64.
(apt/Fedora doesn't support 64bit PPC)
