Ki, did you pick cyrus specifically because you need it? Dovecot imap
server works for most people and is easy to configure. If you're not
sure you need cyrus, consider dovecot before you press ahead. There's
a great how-to (not just for dovecot) at http://www.brennan.id.au/.
