how to make launcher for a jar

ayone know how to make a launcher for a jar?
I've installed ww2d, which is cool, but I'd like to
setup a launcher to start it. can't just use java -jar
/path-to-jar/WW2D.jar because it needs to be run from
within that directory otherwise it errors out.
